Your Project Coordinator will develop a comprehensive Specifications Book that details every element of your project—from plumbing fixtures to paint colors, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. - Budget & Schedule Development
Your Project Coordinator will gather subcontractor and vendor bids based on the approved Specifications Book, confirming your project budget. After the project permit is issued, you’ll receive a Decision Deadline Schedule to keep everything on track. - Project Management
With our large team, we provide specialized management to track scheduling, expenses, and insurance. Our Operations Manager uses software to keep everything on schedule, while our Controller ensures financial transparency. - Home Construction
As a “white glove” builder, we oversee all aspects of construction—from managing subcontractors and consultants to resolving issues as they arise. Your Project Manager will ensure all work meets our high standards. - Project Completion
Our thorough close-out process includes an independent home inspection and a final walk-through with your Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Custom Care Manager. You’ll receive a Comprehensive Close-Out Package with all contracts, invoices, releases, and warranties. - On-Going Care
After you move in, your relationship with Dearborn Custom Homes continues. You’ll have a full-coverage warranty during the first year, plus a two-year electrical and mechanical warranty, and a ten-year structural warranty. You’ll also have the option to join our turnkey Custom Care Program for worry-free home maintenance.
